基本方針

株式会社オポチュニティ（以下「当社」）は、Paparazzi（以下「本アプリ」）の提供にあたり、ユーザーのプライバシーを最大限に尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおけるデータの取扱いについて定めるものです。

本アプリは完全オンデバイス処理を採用しています。写真・動画のモザイク処理、顔検出、画像編集はすべてユーザーの端末内で行われ、外部サーバーへの送信は一切行いません。

収集する情報

2.1 写真・動画データ

ユーザーが選択した写真・動画はモザイク処理のためにアクセスしますが、端末外に送信されることはありません。
処理後の画像・動画はユーザーの端末（カメラロール）に保存されます。
本アプリは処理対象の写真・動画を当社のサーバーにアップロード、保存、またはキャッシュしません。

2.2 顔検出データ

Apple Vision Frameworkを使用した顔検出処理はすべて端末内で完結します。
検出された顔の座標・ランドマーク情報は処理中のみ一時的に使用され、アプリ終了後は保持されません。
顔検出データは外部に送信されず、当社が閲覧・取得することもありません。

2.3 購入情報

サブスクリプション購入はAppleのApp Store決済基盤を通じて処理されます。
当社はクレジットカード番号、銀行口座情報等の決済情報を直接取得・保存しません。
購入状態（Pro会員かどうか）の確認はAppleのStoreKit APIを通じて行われます。

2.4 使用状況データ

本アプリは現在、アナリティクスツールやトラッキングSDKを使用していません。
将来的に匿名の使用統計を収集する場合は、本ポリシーを更新し、事前にユーザーへ通知します。

2.5 EXIFメタデータ

本アプリはプライバシー保護のため、エクスポート時に写真・動画のEXIFメタデータ（GPS位置情報、カメラ情報等）を自動的に除去します。

情報の利用目的

収集した情報は以下の目的にのみ使用します：

モザイク処理の実行（端末内のみ）
サブスクリプション状態の確認
アプリ機能の提供および改善

第三者への提供

当社は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません：

法令に基づく開示請求があった場合
ユーザーの同意がある場合
人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合

5.2 SNSシェア機能

ユーザーが任意でシェアを選択した場合のみ、各SNSアプリ（Instagram、TikTok、X（旧Twitter）、LINE等）に処理済みメディアが共有されます。
シェアはユーザーの明示的な操作によってのみ実行され、自動送信は行われません。

データの保存と削除

本アプリはユーザーの写真・動画を当社サーバーに保存しません。
アプリをアンインストールすることで、アプリ内のすべてのローカルデータが削除されます。
カメラロールに保存された処理済みメディアは、ユーザーが手動で削除するまで端末に残ります。

子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。13歳未満のお子様の情報が収集されたことが判明した場合は、速やかに当該情報を削除します。

セキュリティ

当社は、ユーザーの情報を保護するために合理的な技術的・組織的措置を講じています。すべての処理は端末内で完結するため、ネットワーク経由でのデータ漏洩リスクは最小限に抑えられています。

プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知またはアプリアップデートを通じてユーザーに通知します。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

1. General Policy

Opportunity Inc. ("we," "us," or "the Company") respects the privacy of users of Paparazzi ("the App") and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how data is handled within the App.

The App operates entirely on-device. All photo and video mosaic processing, face detection, and image editing are performed locally on the user's device. No data is transmitted to external servers.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Photo and Video Data

The App accesses photos and videos selected by the user solely for the purpose of applying mosaic effects. These files are never transmitted outside the device.
Processed images and videos are saved to the user's device (Camera Roll).
The App does not upload, store, or cache any photos or videos on our servers.

2.2 Face Detection Data

All face detection processing is performed entirely on-device using Apple's Vision Framework.
Detected face coordinates and facial landmark data (e.g., positions of eyes, nose, and mouth) are used only temporarily during the active editing session and are not retained after the app is closed.
Face detection data is never transmitted externally, and we do not access or obtain this data.
The App does not create biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, or any form of persistent facial profile.

2.3 Purchase Information

Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment infrastructure.
We do not directly collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers or bank account details.
Subscription status (whether a user is a Pro member) is verified through Apple's StoreKit API.

2.4 Usage Data

The App does not currently use any analytics tools or tracking SDKs.
If anonymous usage statistics are collected in the future, this policy will be updated and users will be notified in advance.

2.5 EXIF Metadata

To protect user privacy, the App automatically strips EXIF metadata (including GPS location data, camera information, etc.) from photos and videos upon export.

3. How We Use Information

Any information accessed by the App is used solely for the following purposes:

Performing mosaic processing (on-device only)
Verifying subscription status
Providing and improving App functionality

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not provide users' personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances:

When required by law or legal process
With the user's consent
When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property

5. Third-Party Services

5.2 Social Media Sharing

Processed media is shared with social media apps (Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), LINE, etc.) only when the user explicitly chooses to share.
Sharing is initiated solely by the user's explicit action and is never performed automatically.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

The App does not store any user photos or videos on our servers.
Uninstalling the App removes all local data associated with it.
Processed media saved to the Camera Roll remains on the device until the user manually deletes it.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. Because all processing is performed entirely on-device, the risk of data leakage over a network is minimized.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. If significant changes are made, users will be notified through in-app notifications or app updates. The revised policy takes effect upon publication on this page.
